Description Order Management Specialist Brief Job Description:

The Order Management Specialist oversees the order lifecycle, ensuring customer orders are entered, processed, tracked, and fulfilled accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

+ Enter and process customer orders in internal systems

+ Review orders for accuracy, pricing, and product availability

+ Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams

+ Resolve order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issues

+ Provide order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders

+ Maintain records and prepare order-related reports

Requirements Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred + 1+ years of order processing, customer service, or supply chain experience

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

+ Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems preferred
