An ideal candidate for this role has experience filing, indexing, and/or recording with a county Clerk-Recorder or comparable public agency. Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience A combination of education, training, and experience resulting in the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Possession of a certificate of paralegal studies, certificate of proficiency in secretarial or clerical studies or its equivalent from an accredited institution .AND Clerk-Recorder Assistant II:
Either A:
Two years of clerical experience which must have involved the filing and indexing of County Clerk-Recorder related documents, processing of elections materials or recordation of legal documents;Or B:
One year experience equivalent to a Clerk-Recorder Assistant I or equivalent classification.Clerk-Recorder Assistant III:
Either A:
Three years of clerical experience which must have involved the filing and indexing of County Clerk-Recorder related documents, processing of elections materials or recordation of legal documents;Or B:
One year experience equivalent to a Clerk-Recorder Assistant II or equivalent classification.
