Position Summary The Night Order Selector is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a refrigerated warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive the correct products, in excellent condition, and on time. You will work with warehouse technology, pallet jacks, and picking equipment to fulfill nightly route orders. Key Responsibilities Pick and assemble customer orders using pick sheets. Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely. Work in cold storage areas (35-45°F) for extended periods. Verify product quality, quantity, and correct packaging before loading. Stack pallets securely for transport and wrap as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas. Meet productivity and accuracy targets set by management. Follow all food safety, PPE, and warehouse safety guidelines. Communicate stock shortages, damages, or quality concerns to supervisors. Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred (produce industry a plus). Ability to work Night Shift and overtime as needed. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a cold environment. Able to read, write, and communicate in English (bilingual a plus). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Physical Requirements Frequent lifting, bending, pulling, and standing for long periods. Operating equipment and maneuvering heavy pallets in tight areas.
