Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor / Data Entry Specialist with experience in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office to support order management and customer operations within a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and enter customer orders accurately in ERP systems.
  • Maintain customer records and order details in CRM platforms.
  • Verify pricing, inventory, shipping, and product information.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams.
  • Generate reports and track order status using Microsoft Excel.
  • Resolve order discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Order Processing, Data Entry, Sales Support, or Customer Service.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Wholesale industry experience.
  • Inventory management and order fulfillment experience.
