In this role, you will manage day-to-day order fulfillment, ensuring our customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped out on time. This is a part-time position (minimum 3 days per week) during Q4, with the potential for additional hours during peak holiday shipping weeks.

Key Responsibilities Order Processing:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Shipping & Logistics:

Generate and print shipping labels, organize outbound packages, and coordinate carrier pickups.

Inventory & Quality Control:

Ensure items are packed securely and that order accuracy remains high.

Platform Management:

Navigate Shopify and fulfillment systems to update order statuses and manage inventory flow.

Workplace Organization:

Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary packing materials.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Previous experience with e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or retail order processing is preferred.

Software:

Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.

Key Traits:

Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Availability:

Able to commit to at least 3 days per week through Q4, with flexibility for extra hours during peak holiday weeks.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move light-to-medium packages.

Expected hours:

24.0 - 30.0 per week
