Order Processing Specialist

Position Overview Altelix is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing orders across multiple sales channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities Accurately enter and process orders from platforms including BigCommerce, Fishbowl, Amazon, and eBay Process shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, and USPS using ShippingEasy Process shipments through Amazon, and eBay Ensure all order information is complete and meets Amazon and eBay performance standards Monitor and respond to customer messages on Amazon and eBay in a timely and professional manner Obtain shipping quotes for domestic and international orders Process customer freight orders through trucking companies, including Bill of Ladings Provide customers with tracking information and order updates Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delayed or lost shipments Generate required shipping and logistics documentation Collaborate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to expedite orders and resolve issues Assist with incoming freight orders as needed Maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication Skills & Qualifications High school diploma required 3-5 years of experience in order processing and data entry Hands-on experience with Amazon and eBay order management systems required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills Prior experience in manufacturing, shipping and customer service environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) What We're Looking For A proactive, customer-oriented professional.
