In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient operation of our distribution center by ensuring that products are handled, stored, and shipped accurately. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Responsibilities Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Utilize pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse. Perform order picking tasks, accurately selecting items for shipment based on customer orders. Maintain organized stock levels, ensuring that all materials are stored in designated areas. Assist with order fulfillment processes, preparing items for delivery to customers. Operate RF scanners to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols while performing tasks within the warehouse environment. Skills Experience in a distribution center or similar warehouse setting is preferred. Proficient in load unloading techniques and materials handling practices. Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently. Strong order picking skills with attention to detail for accurate fulfillment. Ability to handle heavy lifting as required by the role. Competence in using RF scanners for inventory management. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A strong commitment to safety standards and practices within the warehouse environment.
