Freezer Worker

Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted partner in the food distribution industry. Summary DeConna Ice Cream is in search of a Freezer Order Selector. This is a physically demanding role responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders within a sub-zero environment. Our Freezer worker is critical to ensuring that our frozen goods reach customers on time and in good condition. The right candidate should have previous experience in order picking and repacking. Must be ok with performing tasks at extremely cold temperatures below 0 degrees, DeConna provides protective clothing. Attention to detail, experience in order picking is a plus. Regularly lifting product up to 50lbs., ability to lift, bend and stand for hours. A team member in this position must have the ability to: Read selection labels to identify slot location, Product description and quantity required for each order. Pull correct quantities of designated full-case product identified by selection labels from the slot location. Stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Work in extremely cold temperatures Electric Pallet Jack experience is a plus. Some Saturdays are required. Hourly pay will be discussed at the time of hire. DeConna Ice Cream is a drug free workplace. Drug testing and background check are required.
