Job Description
Position Summary We are hiring an Order Processing Clerk (Entry-Level) to support our daily order fulfillment and administrative operations. This on-site position is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to begin a career in office operations. No previous experience is required. Paid training is provided to help you succeed from your first day. Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Review orders for completeness and verify customer information. Enter order details into company software and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with internal departments regarding order status. Prepare order documentation for shipping and fulfillment teams. Update customers regarding order progress when needed. Monitor order queues and prioritize time-sensitive requests. Maintain organized electronic and paper records. Resolve routine order discrepancies following company procedures. Assist with general administrative and office support tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. No prior order processing experience required. Basic computer and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Willingness to learn new systems and procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Office. Basic keyboarding and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong problem-solving abilities.
