In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain by ensuring that customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment. What Success Looks Like in This Role On a daily basis, you will keep our inventory moving. You will spend your shift picking orders from racks, placing them onto conveyor belts, and using RF scanners to maintain accurate digital tracking. You will also load and unload trucks and perform quick quality checks to ensure items are undamaged before they head out the door. Because shipping volumes fluctuate, success in this role requires scheduling flexibility. You will need to be open to starting early or staying late to ensure we meet our daily shipping commitments. Over time, a successful team member is someone who maintains a high rate of accuracy, works safely, and helps keep the warehouse organized and efficient. What You Bring to the Team Required Qualifications Proven prior experience operating warehouse equipment (please note: formal equipment training is not provided, so immediate operational proficiency is required). The physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Hands-on experience using RF scanners for order picking and inventory management. Flexibility to work variable hours, including early morning starts and extended evening hours when shipment volumes are high. Reliable commute or plans to relocate to the Port Wentworth, GA area before starting work. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with standard Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital logging processes. A basic mechanical aptitude to help identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues on the line. Prior experience working in shipping and receiving departments. Must have experience driving the equipment, at least 12 consecutive months Work Environment This is a physically demanding role in an active warehouse environment. You will be on your feet, walking, bending, and lifting for the majority of your shift. We prioritize safety above all else, and you will be expected to follow all safety protocols and keep your designated work area clean and free of hazards. Also, it is imperative you remain hydrated during these summer months as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
