AM Pay:
$ 20.00 an hour DOE. Be the connection between our customers and warehouse operations! We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Order Processing Clerk to monitor customer orders, resolve order issues, and help ensure orders are accurate and ready for processing. If you're organized, communicate well, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced distribution environment, this is the job for you.
Schedule:
Full-time Sunday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:30 pm with potential to change based off business needs.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Monitor customer orders to ensure they are received within established order deadlines. Review order activity and identify customers who have not submitted orders as expected. Proactively contact customers regarding missing or late orders and assist in resolving order-related issues. Verify that all applicable order types have been received and are accounted for prior to wave building. Review, identify, and communicate orders that are unusual, incomplete, or questionable quantities that may require clarification. Communicate with appropriate Sales Representatives, Support Teams, and Management when additional information or assistance is needed. Communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously with customers at all times. Clearly explain order requirements, deadlines, or discrepancies while maintaining a positive customer-service approach. Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives to resolve customer order issues. Communicate with Support Teams regarding system, order-entry, or other issues affecting order processing. Provide timely updates to members of Management regarding significant order concerns or issues that may affect warehouse operations. Respond to emails and other communications in a timely and professional manner. Maintain appropriate documentation and communication regarding order issues and resolutions. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Media Room. Keep picking equipment clean and organized. Maintain an organized inventory of media room supplies and equipment. Assist with basic setup and organization of media equipment as needed. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse operating standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Immediately report safety hazards, equipment concerns, or other unsafe conditions to Management. Use appropriate equipment and technology according to company procedures. Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Contribute to a safe, respectful, and productive work environment. Management Skills/ Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration, receiving, logistics, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or a related administrative role preferred. Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, customer service, order entry, or logistics role. Experience communicating with customers and internal departments in a professional manner. Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to accurately enter, maintain, and retrieve information. Experience with warehouse management, inventory, or ERP systems is preferred. Effective verbal and written communication.

Annual Merit Pay Increases Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced warehouse environment requiring a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and effective time management. Work is primarily performed in an office setting within the warehouse, with periodic work on the warehouse floor and in the Transportation Yard. Regular communication and coordination with employees, drivers, carriers, customers, and internal departments through in-person interactions, telephone, radio, and email. Work may require exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and conditions for limited periods of time. Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, as required by business operations. Position requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and stretch as necessary to perform essential job functions. Employees are expected to follow all applicable safety procedures, company policies, and warehouse requirements while performing job duties. Overtime may be required based on business needs and operational demands.
