Warehouse Order Picker

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment including freezer. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. Duties Efficiently pick and pack orders according to specified guidelines and customer requirements. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and effectively. Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks in the workplace. Skills Must be able to work in a freezer Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Must be able to withstand cold temperatures. Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing. Familiarity with warehouse management systems or order picking software is a plus. Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and coordination.
