2nd Shift Order Picker (Stand-Up Reach & Cherry Picker Operator)

Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Order Picker with experience operating a stand-up reach truck and cherry picker (order picker lift) . This role is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, and preparing customer orders while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Hours are 12pm-8:30 pm. Key Responsibilities Operate stand-up reach truck and cherry picker/order picker lift to pull product from racking Accurately pick and scan customer orders using RF scanners or WMS Stage and prepare orders for shipping according to company procedures Perform inventory movements, replenishment, and put-away as needed Inspect equipment daily and complete pre-shift safety checklists Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all OSHA and company safety policies Meet productivity and accuracy standards Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits when required Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating a stand-up reach truck and cherry picker Experience in a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently Comfortable working at heights Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Standing and operating equipment for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and climbing on/off equipment Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
