The Hot Shot Puller is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, staging, and preparing urgent customer orders that are scheduled for immediate shipment or pickup. This position requires Exceptional Speed , attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy . The Hot Shot Puller plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting tight deadlines and preventing shipping errors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prioritize and pull "hot shot" orders that require immediate processing and shipment. Accurately locate, identify, and pick products according to order specifications. Verify part numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before staging orders. Maintain high productivity standards while ensuring order accuracy. Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure urgent orders are completed on time. Communicate any inventory discrepancies, shortages, or issues to supervisors promptly. Assist with loading and unloading products when necessary. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Ability to read and interpret pick tickets, sales orders, and shipping documents. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
