This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize work while consistently meeting established turnaround expectations. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders into the company's order entry system. Thoroughly review orders for accuracy, completeness, pricing, specifications, and required information before processing. Prepare and send first acknowledgements within (2) business days of receiving the order, assuming all necessary information is available. Process order changes, revisions, and updates with a target turnaround of 24 hours or less. Review customer and dealer requests and communicate promptly when additional information or clarification is needed. Process and prepare custom quotes with a goal of a two (2) business-day turnaround. Review acknowledgements carefully to identify discrepancies before they are sent to the dealer. Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Scheduling, and other departments to resolve issues and keep orders moving. Maintain accurate and organized records of orders, revisions, quotes, and customer communications within the Order Tracking Log. Follow established company procedures, pricing guidelines, product specifications, and order entry standards. Take ownership of orders from initial entry through completion and promptly communicate any issues that may affect timing or accuracy. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Includes but is not limited to: Warranty Entry, Small parts order checking, 2020 import orders Accuracy & Quality Expectations Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications including Word processing and spreadsheets Strong computer skills with experience in Excel data analysis, pivot and data entry in Excel. Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering orders and making changes. Verify product selections, dimensions, quantities, finishes, pricing, modifications, and other specifications as applicable. Follow established processes and utilize available resources to ensure orders are entered correctly for the first time. Maintain professional, respectful, and timely communication with customers, dealers, Sales, and internal departments. Clearly communicate missing information, potential problems and delays. Do not allow an issue to sit unresolved; actively follow up and escalate when necessary. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
