We have an exciting opportunity available for a Floral Sales Fulfillment & Receiving Associateto join our TEAM! .

Essential Responsibilities include:

Pull products according to order specifications. Verify quantity, quality, and freshness of products pulled. Pack and stage orders for the delivery team. Assist walk-in customers with product selection & inquiries. Works with receiving team to take delivery of incoming product. Inspect shipments for missing items, damage, & quality issues. Support other areas of responsibility including Floral Processing and Quality Control functions Perform general warehouse maintenance or warehouse duties, as assigned. .

Requirements, Skills, and Physical Demands:

. 1-2 Years Similar work experience. Floral knowledge or experience preferred (but not required). The ability to manually lift/move up to 50lbs of weight on a regular basis. Regular exposure to live floral products including cut flowers and greenery. Strong communication and organizational skills, with extreme accuracy and attention to detail. The ability to work within ambient room temperatures including working in the storage cooler for periods of time (34 degrees) Physical movements generally include lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying, balancing, grasping, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and prolonged sitting/standing. Must be able to move continuously throughout the day.

Work Hours:

The typical schedule will be 5AM/6AM-Noon, Mon-Fri, with the ability to work 7AM-10AM on alternating Saturdays. Additional hours during holiday/busy seasons will be required. .
