Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Selector, where your energy and precision will drive efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. In this vital role, you will operate heavy equipment, utilize pallet jacket, standup forklift , and handle materials with care to ensure accurate and timely shipment of products. Duties Select and prepare customer orders accurately using order picking techniques and barcode scanning for logistics. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS), including stock replenishment, stock counting, and inventory adjustments. Pack orders securely with appropriate packaging materials, ensuring quality control standards are met before shipping. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and adhering to safety procedures. Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory records accordingly. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including order fulfillment, shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting with proper safety equipment (PPE). Familiarity with barcode scanning for logistics and warehouse distribution processes. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety protocol adherence. Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
