Sr Project Order Associate

Adecco is seeking to hire a Sr.

Project Order Associate:

• Prepare work orders for the day and distribute to the team
• Main point of contact for all activities related to Johnson & Johnson, including:
• Receive, ship and store all chemical compounds for Johnson & Johnson
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, etc. for chemical compounds being shipped to Johnson & Johnson
• any incoming chemical compounds related to Johnson & Johnson
• Works with Operational Manager on client-facing communications, including meetings, email communications, etc.
• Assists Site Manager as needed with oversight of production team duties
• Works with Site Manager to train new production team members
• Process client weigh order request - including precisely measuring chemicals per order instructions
• Perform tare weigh, weight capture and gross weigh for all orders
• Maintain inventory control with the use of computerized systems
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment - including wiping down work area, thoroughly cleaning all utensils, restock supplies, sweep work station and remove all trash
• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintains regular work schedule and is free from excessive absenteeism or tardiness
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Pay Details:
