Warehouse Order Selector Position Summary The Order Selector is responsible for working in a team environment within a warehouse setting to complete pallet orders for distribution. This role involves accurately distributing products using a conveyor system and working with various warehouse equipment such as box cutters, tape dispensers, and powered hand jacks.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
Hours:
7AM-3:30PM or until work is complete. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Break down incoming palletized loads. Correctly label products and place them lengthwise on the conveyor. Ensure that products are accurately picked and gently placed on the conveyor to prevent damage. Inform the shift supervisor of any discrepancies between ordered products and actual products stored in bins. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep the work area tidy by picking up pallets, plastic, cardboard, paper, and scrap pieces of wood and placing them in designated areas. Work both individually and as part of a team on a daily basis. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to resolve any issues that may arise. Maintain a professional demeanor in both actions and appearance. Ensure a quick work pace and optimal time management to maximize productivity. Learn and maintain safe work practices. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Warehouse picking/order selection experience preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills to communicate issues with managers and team members. Professional demeanor in both actions and appearance. Thoroughness and accuracy in following verbal instructions. Time management skills to maximize productivity. Ability to read and match numbers. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Standing (performed with all essential job functions). Walking (required to walk warehouse repeatedly).

Handling Lifting (cases & products up to 80 pounds, up to 60+" high). Carrying (carrying items the length of an aisle).
