Job Overview Blues Hog manufacturers premium BBQ products and is headquartered in Washington, Missouri. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining seamless communication with clients and internal departments. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help us deliver exceptional service while supporting efficient office operations. This position offers an engaging environment where your administrative expertise and customer service talents will make a meaningful impact every day. This is a full-time position. Competitive Pay and Benefits Package available with full-time employment. Monday through Friday, 8-4:30, no weekends. Responsibilities Receive, review, and process incoming orders using various software tools, including QuickBooks and productivity software. Verify order details for accuracy, including quantities, pricing, and delivery information. Maintain organized records of all transactions nad coordinate order scheduling through transportation portals. Communicate with clients via phone and email to confirm order details, answer inquiries, and provide support with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of orders. Qualifications Timely Must be in the office Monday through Friday Organization skills Thoroughness & Efficiency Adhering to all company policies and procedure Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable. Previous experience in order processing, front desk operations, or office support roles is preferred.
