Place and manage urgent spare part orders in SAP for medical equipment repairs Support approximately 2,000 field engineers through order processing and inquiries Track shipments and troubleshoot order issues across multiple warehouse systems Investigate delays, backorders, and fulfillment problems to ensure timely delivery Handle high-volume phone calls and emails in a fast-paced environment What's Needed? Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and SAP or ERP systems (training provided) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving What's in it for me?
