full-time About Bucci Industries USA Bucci Industries USA Inc., part of the international Bucci Industries Group, is looking for an Order Processing Specialist to join our Sales Order Department in Charlotte, NC. The position will primarily support the IEMCA brand, with the opportunity to work with additional Bucci Industries brands as the U.S. business continues to grow. About the role The Order Processing Specialist will play a key role in managing customer orders and supporting the overall order fulfillment process. The position works closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, and our colleagues in Italy to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Manage customer orders from order receipt through fulfillment and shipment. Ensure order information is accurate and complete and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any issues. Monitor order status, changes, backorders, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to support smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate information in company systems and ensure effective communication across departments. Collaborate with the U.S. team and Bucci Industries colleagues in Italy. Support selected local marketing activities and initiatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of order processing and customer service activities. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in order administration, inside sales, logistics coordination, manufacturing, or a related field. Experience in the manufacturing or machining industry is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual/C2-level English proficiency is mandatory. Italian and/or Spanish is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Good technology literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly. Systems & Tools Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus. The role will involve working with Salesforce, Sage 100, Google Workspace, Wrike , and other tools used across the Bucci Industries Group. Location Charlotte, NC. Candidates should be located within a reasonable commuting distance of Charlotte.
