The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

Select and pick products according to customer orders and warehouse instructions Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy Build and prepare pallets for shipping Load and unload products as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Assist with inventory counts and warehouse tasks Meet productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive work attitude

Pay:

$23.00 - $27.80 per hour
