Full Job Description Role Overview:

This position involves selecting, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping products for customer orders in a warehouse environment. The employee will operate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, work in temperature-controlled areas including refrigerated and frozen sections, and ensure products are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Locate and lift various grocery and perishable items using order sheets or audio headsets. Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform equipment inspections. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report product or equipment issues. Wrap and secure products to prevent damages during transport. Follow safety protocols and work in multi-temperature environments. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds, walking, crouching, and reaching. Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to production standards. Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior experience in order selecting and operating warehouse equipment is advantageous. Ability to work safely and efficiently in varying temperature zones. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
