Pay Rates 18.25 USD hourly Essential requirements for Put-to-Light Associate Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts) Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 30-50 lbs Repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Role tasks for Put-to-Light Associate Utilize the Put-to-Light system to sort and place items into assigned bins based on illuminated indicators Scan items using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and proper tracking Follow system prompts to complete orders quickly and correctly Assist in clearing completed orders and preparing them for packing or shipping Support other warehouse functions as needed including picking, packing, and replenishment
