Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking dependable and experienced Cherry Picker Operators to support warehouse operations handling products . This is a 3rd-shift position , but all selected candidates must be available to complete three days of training on 1st shift before transitioning to the regular overnight schedule. Schedule Training

Days:
7:15 AM
•4:00 PM Regular 3rd
Shift After Training:
12:15 AM
•9:00 AM Candidates must be able to commit to BOTH the training schedule and regular 3rd-shift schedule. Responsibilities Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker throughout the warehouse. Pick and retrieve merchandise from assigned warehouse locations. Work at elevated heights while following all required safety procedures. Accurately follow pick tickets, scanner instructions, and order requirements. Move, stage, and organize SHEIN products throughout the facility. Assist with order fulfillment and general warehouse functions. Verify products and quantities for accuracy. Maintain productivity and quality expectations. Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous cherry picker/order picker experience required . Comfortable operating powered warehouse equipment. Must be comfortable working at elevated heights. Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or order-picking experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Must be available for 3 days of 1st-shift training from 7:15 AM-4:00 PM. Must be able to transition to the regular 3rd shift of 12:15 AM-9:00 AM immediately after training.
