We are seeking an Apparel Wholesale Order Allocator to join our team. This position will be based out of our Secaucus NJ office with Remote Fridays! The Apparel Wholesale Order Allocator is responsible for efficiently managing and allocating inventory to fulfill wholesale orders processed at 3PL. This role ensures that all orders are processed accurately and timely, meeting customer requirements and maintaining optimal stock levels. Tharanco Group designs, sources, and sells Men's (Golf Apparel, Dress Shirts, Active/Outdoor Apparel) and Women's (Dresses, Sweater & Knit Tops) apparel to major retailers and boutiques/pro-shops in the US and through its own Direct to Consumer channels (Ecommerce & Retail Stores). Responsibilities:

• Review and process wholesale orders, manual and EDI, ensuring accuracy in product selection, quantities, and delivery details.
• Manage inbound inventory receiving. Monitor inventory levels and allocate stock to fulfill orders, ensuring a balanced distribution across all accounts.
• Work closely with the warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact with sales team regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues that arise.
• Accurately enter order details and inventory allocations into the company's ERP system. Process EDI orders and allocate.
• Generate and analyze reports on order fulfillment, inventory levels, and allocation efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfillment and inventory allocation.
• Ensure all orders comply with company policies, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
• May require occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in order processing, inventory management, or a similar role in the wholesale or retail industry

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP systems and order management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
