TJ Sheehan Distributing is seeking a Night Order Selector to join our family-owned beer and beverage operation in Liverpool, NY. In this fast-paced warehouse role, you'll accurately pick, stack, and stage beverage products for next-day delivery to bars, restaurants, and retailers across Central and Upstate New York. Using pallet jacks, RF scanners, and pick tickets, you'll build safe, stable pallets while meeting nightly accuracy and productivity goals. You'll work as part of a reliable team, follow all safety procedures, and help keep our warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly. Responsibilities Accurately pick and stack beverage products according to order tickets Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely Build stable pallets and stage orders for loading and delivery Verify product codes, quantities, and lot information Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles and staging areas Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures Meet nightly productivity and accuracy goals Communicate shortages, damages, and inventory issues to supervisors Required Skills Pallet jack operation Forklift operation Order picking RF scanner use Warehouse safety procedures Inventory control Basic math and counting Loading and staging pallets Reading pick tickets Time management
