Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM (extended hours during peak holiday seasons)
ABOUT THE ROLE
Teddy Baldassarre is one of the fastest-growing luxury watch brands and media companies in the industry. As we scale, our operations team plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional customer experience our brand is known for. We're looking for a Fulfillment Associate who is reliable, tech-savvy, and ready to contribute from day one. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role in our North Olmsted office.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your day centers on making sure every order leaves accurately and on time.
Responsibilities include:
Prep and process daily orders, ensuring accuracy at every step Pick, pack, and package orders to luxury brand standards Receive inbound shipments and verify against packing and inventory documentation Move product to hold locations and maintain organized storage areas Create and manage order transfers with precision in Shopify Process and document product warranties accurately Conduct quality control checks on outgoing orders and incoming returns Collaborate with your team lead to prioritize workflow and surface issues early
REQUIREMENTS
Education High school diploma or equivalent required Secondary education (associate's or bachelor's degree) preferred Technical Skills Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform preferred Experience with inventory management or CRM systems required Core Competencies Reliable — present, on time, and accountable every day Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and order management Coachable — receives feedback well and applies it consistently Solution-oriented — when problems arise, you address them rather than avoid them Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing, evolving environment Patient, professional, and easy to work with under pressure Strong personal integrity and a team-first mindset Ability to read and interpret packing lists, invoices, and inventory documents Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift and move up to 30 pounds.
