As a key member of our warehouse crew, you'll be assembling and preparing orders efficiently to support smooth operations. You'll work hand-in-hand with a supervisor and colleagues to ensure everything runs seamlessly and customer satisfaction is top priority. What You'll Do As a 1st Shift Kitting Associate, you will be responsible for:- Picking and gathering parts and materials according to work orders and pick lists.
- Verifying accuracy and completeness of items before shipping or assembly.
- Using handheld scanners to track and record parts accurately.
- Restocking and organizing inventory to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Supporting inventory counts and ensuring all items are correctly labeled and stored. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 6 months of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory support.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfort using scanners, basic hand tools, and warehouse equipment.
