Opportunity Our Data Entry team plays a key role in each project and in the overall company success. If you are able to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changes, and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment - this is the job for you. This is a full-time, hourly position. Our core business hours are 8am-5pm M-F Role This individual will work closely with all departments, particularly Estimation and Project Management to ensure we are producing a quality product as efficiently as possible. Proof and correct orders to be put into production, along with checking the drawings Prepare, and distribute the processed order paperwork Answering telephones, strong customer service skills, assisting customers as needed Assist Project Managers with inputting orders and estimates Document, organize, and maintain orders by job Input data in excel spreadsheet Proactively communicate schedule concerns with department heads Filing Skills & Requirements Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, & Office) Ability to Initiate Keen eye for detail and ability to visually see errors in sizes and numbers Ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with customers and co-workers Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Work in a team environment and receive feedback
