Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced B2B Order Management Representative to serve as the front-line contact for customers and internal sales partners. This position focuses heavily on managing customer orders from initial request through post-delivery while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B customer inquiries through phone, email, text, and chat Process, track, edit, and cancel customer orders Check product/part availability, pricing, and promise dates Identify models and match HVAC systems with customer needs Provide quotes, promotions, and system solutions Manage orders from order placement through invoicing Run order reports and resolve misses, holds, open orders, and returns Collaborate with sales, warehouse, manufacturing, and other internal teams Follow up on customer issues and ensure resolution Participate in process-improvement initiatives

Requirements:

MUST have B2B order management experience Order management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment 5+ years of order management or customer service experience Strong computer skills and Microsoft Suite proficiency Salesforce and Oracle experience is a plus HVAC experience is a major plus Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills #GRPB Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.
