What You'll Do:
Vendor & Store Support:
Approve and process orders in our Business System, ensuring that all requirements are met for timely delivery and quality.
Problem-Solving & Delivery Coordination:
Resolve delivery issues, such as missing or late orders, to ensure stores are fully stocked with the right products.
Seasonal & Special Orders:
Coordinate with vendors to add seasonal items to orders and create special holiday schedules for stores.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of orders, create order recaps, and manage order reference sheets for stores.
Communication & Collaboration:
Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth and effective communication.
Credit & Issue Resolution:
Collect and submit credit information to the Credit Coordinator, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved.
Category Support:
Assist with category reviews and contribute to project work to enhance our Deli/Bakery offerings.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
Background in Grocery, Deli/Bakery, or Food Service preferred, but not required. Attention to

Ability to ensure accuracy in order management and identify and resolve issues as they arise.
Organization:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to work effectively with managers, suppliers, and other internal teams.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data management skills.
