Job Description

Order Processing Specialist Summary:
The Order Processing Specialist will own the administrative workflow behind customer orders, working across different software systems, customer billing portals, and internal tracking systems. This person will ensure each order moves through the appropriate steps - from initial order entry and invoicing through payment tracking.
Responsibilities:
Process customer orders from start to finish across multiple systems. Start invoicing by moving information from different software systems. Determine where invoices should be billed and whether they must be entered into customer portals. Track prepaid and net-30 customer transactions until payment is received. Convert paid transactions to actual invoices so revenue can be recognized. Track rental-camera shipping-log information and coordinate equipment returns. Monitor service-plan expirations, renewals, camera shutoffs, and rental returns.
What You Need To Have:
This role requires someone who can keep track of where dozens of transactions are in a process, bounce between systems, and independently catch what needs to happen next. Work reliably and independently, with limited handholding. Administrative or order-processing experience is relevant; billing experience may be trainable. What's In It for
