Sales Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting sales and customer service operations by managing orders, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring seamless communication between departments. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring timely order entry and updates.
• Provide pricing details and product availability information to customers while addressing inquiries.
• Research and cross-reference competitor products to identify opportunities for upselling.
• Monitor and report on order statuses, backorders, and expedite shipping as required.
• Maintain and organize contract documentation for national accounts.
• Collaborate with customers to coordinate shipping schedules, material requirements, and order modifications.
• Address and resolve order discrepancies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports such as invoices, open orders, and shipping details upon request.
• Support sales, inside sales, and customer service teams with tasks including order management and return processing.
• Work with warehouse staff to manage large product returns efficiently.
