Position Summary Perform various duties to check in merchandise and complete related paperwork. Required Qualifications Ability to work safely in a fast-paced distribution center environment Ability to meet established productivity/performance expectations while maintaining quality Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate item and quantity selection Ability to follow standard work and established picking procedures Ability to operate required material-handling equipment safely after training/certification Ability to use , tablets, voice systems, or other warehouse technology Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to lift and handle product within the position's required weight limits Ability to maintain an organized and safe work area, including good housekeeping practices Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time and remain productive throughout the shift Ability to work independently while also supporting overall team goals Willingness to receive coaching and adjust methods when safety, quality, or performance opportunities are identified Ability to recognize and report safety hazards, damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues Ability to work with a sense of urgency without sacrificing safety or accuracy Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or other schedules based on business needs Preferred Qualifications Warehouse Experience Preferred Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $23.56 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
