About Marathon Medical Marathon Medical Corporation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in medical product distribution, primarily serving VA hospitals and federal customers. Our mission is to provide reliable, responsive, and professional service while supporting the veteran patient and improving healthcare supply chain efficiency. Position Summary The Order Processing role is responsible for managing automated order flows, processing EDI transactions, and ensuring timely acknowledgments and confirmations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining order accuracy, updating backorder reports, and supporting communication between vendors, prime vendors, and internal analysts. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to follow issues through to completion while coordinating with internal teams. Key Responsibilities Monitor and process EDI orders and acknowledgments Maintain strong communication with internal departments Escalate roadblocks promptly Confirm and resolve any order/price discrepancies Assist with general support tasks as needed, including documentation and process improvement Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and accountability in all work Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Demonstrated sense of urgency and follow-through when resolving issues Ability to identify discrepancies and proactively address problems Strong organizational and time-management skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in supply chain or order management roles Experience working in a distribution, healthcare, or operations-driven environment

$18.00 per hour
