Job Description
Process a wide variety of customer orders utilizing various methods and meeting all requirements Nontechnical Support of internal and external customers in regards to order fulfillment and order tracking Coordinate with counterparts in Germany (Global HQ) on delivery schedules, pricing, and order requirements Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the order process, achieve joint goals, and solve problems related to order processing. These teams include Finance, Service, Contracts, Collections, and others Take ownership of complete order cycle, ensure quality and efficiency through the entire process Special projects related to order processing and general lean process improvements
