In this role, you will enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members to make sure orders are handled correctly and on time. The ideal candidate has strong data entry and organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to build your skills while helping support our team and provide excellent customer service. Duties and responsibilities Enter purchase orders Schedule order deliveries Answer in-coming calls, direct calls to departments, and customer questions Report discrepancies and concerns immediately to Supervisor Other duties as assigned Qualifications Attention to detail is critical Verbal and written communication skills and listening skills are essential Must have general computer skills such as Microsoft products including Outlook Must be able to communicate with customers via phone and email providing friendly and courteous service High school graduate or (GED Equivalent) Must be able to learn and become proficient with LED products and specifications Must be able to read, write, and use basic math skills Working Conditions This is a full-time position in an office environment with open cubicles. Much of the work time is spent sitting at a desk in front of a computer and talking on the phone with customers. Occasionally dealing with difficult and demanding customers is part of the job.
Pay:
