Order Engineering Supervisor
Job Description
Flowserve is seeking a motivated Order Engineering Supervisor to lead the engineering review and execution of customer orders for Limitorque electric actuation products. As a key member of the engineering organization, this role is responsible for coordinating technical order requirements, supervising the Order Engineering team, and ensuring accurate , timely information is provided to manufacturing, sales, supply chain, quality, and management. This position is integral to delivering compliant, customer-focused electric actuator solutions while supporting operational excellence and on-time order fulfillment. Job Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support internal and external Order Engineers in meeting customer and order requirements, including bill-of-material changes communicated through Order Management. Review customer specifications, purchase orders, and technical documentation to ensure requirements are accurately incorporated into each order. Coordinate change order requirements across purchasing , production planning, and manufacturing to support timely and accurate execution. Maintain and improve the product configurator, including updates for new products, product options, and general product data. Resolve order-related issues through appropriate initiative , collaboration, and follow-through to meet customer needs and support internal stakeholders. Ensure engineering tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy, quality, and timeliness. Identify and implement opportunities to improve order engineering processes, tools, and workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate technical requirements, resolve constraints, and support on-time delivery. Minimum Qualifications Five or more years of relevant experience supporting technical products in an engineering , order engineering, applications engineering, or customer-facing technical role . Experience with the end-to-end order flow, from order acceptance through factory execution and shipment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as order-entry or related business systems. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and work effectively with limited supervision. Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems and navigate a range of order , product , and customer requirements. U.S. citizenship. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ERP systems. Familiarity with the requirements and documentation needs of nuclear and government projects. Experience with engineered-to-order products, electric actuators, or industrial flow-control equipment. Experience with Trello, Smartsheet, Power Automate. General knowledge of coding architecture and data structures The pay range for this role is $103,719.07 - $155,578.60 per year.
