The Order Fulfillment Specialist has a critical role - getting customer orders ready to ship by picking parts, collecting manufactured products, checking orders for accuracy & quality, and packaging them for shipment. Primary Job Responsibilities Pick parts from inventory for customer orders Collect completed products from production areas Check parts, quantities, labels, and product quality Maintain organization of orders and paperwork in the order staging area Package orders safely and efficiently, including boxes and pallets Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other material handling equipment Safety operate packaging machinery, such as pallet wrapper, bander, scale and labelers Help load and unload trucks Keep work areas, supplies, and inventory organized Help with inventory and other departmental activities as needed Work closely with team members in Shipping, Receiving, and Production to ensure customer orders ship on time Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Previous forklift experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Able to follow work instructions and recognize when something doesn't look right Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Effective verbal and written communication skills for working with team members, freight carriers, and other internal departments Able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds and carry them for up to 10 feet Able to stand, sit, bend, reach, and move about the facility Flexibility to accommodate changing tasks and priorities
