Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system while ensuring all details are correct.
- Verify and update customer information to maintain data integrity.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve order-related issues.
- Generate and distribute order reports to assist in tracking and analysis.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Communicate with the sales team to provide updates on order status and customer feedback.
- Assist in maintaining organized documentation and records for reference.
- Support administrative tasks related to order processing and workflow improvement.
- Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies in order data promptly.
