Job Title:
2nd Shift Production Hauler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Hauler to join our team on the 2nd shift. The role involves unloading drainage pipes of various sizes, trimming plastic excess, cutting to specifications, and coiling into rolls. This position requires physical strength and comfort in lifting 30-40 pounds routinely, with the ability to team lift heavier parts up to 100 pounds. Responsibilities Unload drainage pipes of all sizes and trim plastic excess. Cut pipes to specified lengths and coil into rolls. Routinely lift 30-40 pounds and team lift parts up to 100 pounds. Maneuver heavier parts by pushing or pulling. Operate hand and power tools, including sawzall. Handle materials and packaging efficiently. Essential Skills General labor or production line experience. Machine operation experience. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 100 pounds. Experience with hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous machine operation experience is advantageous. Experience with packaging and material handling. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is non-climate controlled, meaning it can be cold in summer and hot in winter. The facility is fairly organized with a newly installed production line, although it can become cramped if a lot of scrap plastic is produced. You will work on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime before or after shifts and every other Saturday as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
