Produce Order Picker - Arctic Harvest Deliveries Pacific Alaska Wholesale - 3.0 Anchorage, AK Job Details Full-time 18 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Produce Order Picker - Arctic Harvest Deliveries Pacific Alaska Wholesale | Anchorage, AK | Full-Time About the Role Arctic Harvest Deliveries is hiring a Produce Order Picker to be at the heart of our daily operations. You'll ensure fresh, high-quality produce is accurately picked, packed, and staged for delivery to customers across the region. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, refrigerated warehouse environment where attention to detail and physical stamina matter every shift. What You'll Do Pick produce orders accurately using a scanner or paper pick lists Inspect produce for freshness, quality, and correct quantity Pack and label orders to company standards Stage completed orders for loading and delivery Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to your supervisor Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free What You Bring High school diploma or GED 1-3 months of produce or related warehouse experience (1 year preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working in cold storage (34-40°F) for extended periods Basic reading and counting skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work a scheduled shift Forklift or pallet jack certification is an asset — training available What We Offer Competitive pay Growth and advancement opportunities across the organization Training and certification support A collaborative, values-driven workplace About Arctic Harvest Deliveries Arctic Harvest Deliveries is a farm-to-table distribution business operating under Pacific Alaska Wholesale (PAW), the wholesale arm of The North West Company International (NWCI).
