Duties Safely transport food orders from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring timely delivery and presentation standards are met Assist with packing food items accurately for takeout or catering orders, maintaining quality and safety standards Support the cleaning and sanitizing of workstations, utensils, and service areas to uphold food safety regulations Buss tables by clearing dishes, glasses, and utensils promptly to maintain a clean dining environment Handle manual lifting of heavy trays or boxes using safe lifting practices to prevent injury Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including portioning or organizing ingredients in the kitchen Support guest services by providing friendly in-person assistance, answering basic questions about menu items or orders Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Follow food handling protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods Experience Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation practices Experience with food running, serving, or bussing in fast-paced settings is advantageous Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team are essential Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely throughout shifts Previous banquet or culinary experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences through excellent service and teamwork!
