Job Description
Position:
Automation Packer/InspectorPOSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for inspecting finished product produced by Automation LineESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPSONSIBILITIES
100% Inspection of all corners of each gasket produced by Automation Repair Minor defects Set up racks for use (remove old tags/wipe off) Pack all good/inspected parts on shipping rack Track & record all defects found Scrap unrepairable defects as time allows Communication with Line Operator, QA Inspector and Management when quality issues arise. Maintain clean and organized work area. Additional work as assigned by your SupervisorQUALIFICATIONS
Ability to perform tests using and be able to read a ruler. Must be able have good verbal and written communication skills, follow written instructions, schedules and specs. Must be able to understand and visually detect defects. Must be a self-starter, be a team player with a good positive attitude, be punctual and maintain good attendance. Overtime as needed.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
