About the Position We are hiring a full-time team member to receive and organize inventory, pick and pack customer orders, and keep daily warehouse operations moving efficiently. This is an active, hands-on position for someone who takes satisfaction in a productive day and wants to be paid well for dependable, high-quality work. The pace is real, but so are the stability, compensation, respect, and appreciation offered in return. The strongest candidate will be dependable, attentive, open to instruction, and able to maintain both speed and accuracy throughout the day. Primary Responsibilities Working with teammates Stocking and picking items from shelves Boxing and bagging new orders Loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles Sorting and inventorying new products General cleaning of work areas Performance Expectations This is a genuinely high-output warehouse position. Every team member is expected to maintain a consistent work pace, complete orders accurately, remain engaged throughout the workday and communicate promptly when problems arise. The team has built unusually efficient systems and the right person will enjoy and take pride in helping those systems perform. We do not expect perfection on the first day, but rather effort, honesty, coachability, dependable attendance and steady improvement.
