$17/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay also available)Location:
Georgia Pacific (formerly Anchor Packaging)- Jonesboro, AK What You'll Do You'll play a key role in keeping orders moving by: Checking plastic food containers to make sure they look right and match the customer's order Packing products into boxes and stacking them on pallets so they're ready to ship
What We're Looking For:
Previous production or packaging experience is a plus A good eye for detail, so you can spot differences in size or color and follow instructions closely Comfortable keeping a steady pace and doing repetitive tasks to help the team hit production goals A Few Things to Know... We Won't Sugar Coat it It gets loud and warm on the floor. Earplugs are provided to help with the noise. Most of the shift is spent on your feet moving around, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. This is food packaging, so basic hygiene rules apply: hairnet on, and no jewelry or nail polish while working. You will be provide the basics: earplugs, hairnet, and a beard net if needed. Closed-toed steel-toe shoes are required- bring your own.
