Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Duties Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications. Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packing. Label packages clearly and correctly for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing quotas and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products. Experience Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina, as the role may require standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights. Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
