Responsibilities Team-Based Prep :

Work alongside team members to label and box products accurately.

Data & Labels :

Use basic computer skills to print labels and manage product information efficiently.

Active Workflow :

Stay active throughout the shift, moving boxes and keeping the prep process flowing.

Accuracy :

Ensure the correct number of items are prepped for each batch (calculators are always available, but comfort with basic numbers is a plus).

Consistency :

Maintain a steady pace to meet daily goals while ensuring every item is prepped to our high standards.

Qualifications & Skills Basic Computer Skills :

Comfortable using a computer and navigating software quickly (keyboard shortcuts are a plus!). Comfort with

Ability to handle basic counting and simple division/multiplication to ensure accurate batches.

Physical Stamina :

Comfortable being on your feet for much of the shift and lifting moderate weight (boxes up to 30-40 lbs).
